According to Punjab Govt website Ferozepur in 2003-2004 had 1104 primary schools(Govt and Aided) giving education to 150382 kids. Number of middle,Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary schools is 233, 122, 107 respectively with 19271, 52868 and 61786 students in them. In my opinion most of us (us means those who are able to read this web page) don't have a very high view of quality of govenrment provided(except for the higher education) education.
